Frequency of topping-up
Frequencies vary from region-to-region, depending on local demand and patterns. Our different
services operate like sports divisions ranging from busy Premier SItes, some of which are serviced
twice per week through to Leisure Silver sites which are serviced in advance of holiday seasons.
Each outlet is allocated a service frequency commensurate with its depletion rate with the aim that
no rack falls out of condition or runs out of any title.

Reporting

Our system of reporting is uniquely detailed and accurate and reports on the following:
Leaflets supplied - leaflets delivered - current stock.
Overview report - pick-up by outlet type and geographic area.
Outlet report - quantity of leaflets left at every outlet, on each occasion with date.
Top 20 - best sites for pick-up of your title.
Photograph - visual record of every rack after every service.

Sustainability

A-ha! provide a re-distribution service which enables clients to hold and even reduce print quantities
whilst achieving excellent conversion rates. Our leaflet recording system and stock control means
that we can observe outflow and identify sites with the highest and lowest pick up rates. We can
then transfer some stock (whilst maintaining a presence) from low pick-up sites to high pick-up sites
so extending the exposure achieved from the print run and avoiding the need for reprinting or the
risk of reduced exposure.

Presentation

The vast majority of A-ha! sites feature high quality wooden or acrylic units which are
serviced year round.
We have a constant and ongoing upgrade programme that reinforces the strength of our
network.
Because our units are of a high quality, we have achieved prime position in many of the
outlets that we look after.
A great many of our sites are unique to A-ha! and are not covered by any other service.
